Once again, we have a small batch of bug fixes:

• Barricade health shouldn't toggle in chat.
• Horses should gallop, not slide.
• Extra health should only appear on Hard and Ragnarok.
• Adjustments to the gear respawning system.
• Bots shouldn't get stuck behind a rock on Swadian City.
• Kill and assist rewards should be working correctly on NA and AU servers.
